What’s the difference between an activity and a task?
An Activity is the bigger commitment or goal — the project, assignment, or goal you want to accomplish. Tasks are the smaller, actionable steps that make up an activity. They’re the “how” you get it done. For example, writing a paper for English class.Activity: Writing English PaperTasks:

- Write a thesis statement
- Create a simple outline
- Write the introduction paragraph
- Write the body paragraphs
- Write the conclusion paragraph
- Check spelling and grammar
- Submit the paper
How can I view my schedule?
In Plan, you can switch between Today, This Week, and This Month views to see your schedule at a glance.
Tap an Activity to see all the tasks it includes. Check off individual tasks as you complete them using the checkbox on the left of each task. When all tasks in an Activity are finished, use the checkbox on the right to mark the whole Activity complete.
If you want to remove an Activity, swipe left across the Activity to archive it.
